On this International Women’s Day, Hillam Architects proudly recognises the significant contribution of the talented women within our team. We are especially proud to highlight that a remarkable percentage of our workforce is made up of female architects and interior architects, with many of them holding Project Lead positions or higher. This is a testament to the incredible skill, dedication, and leadership that our women bring to the forefront of our projects.

At Hillam, we understand the importance of accelerating action toward gender equality. It is essential that we not only recognise the achievements of women but also take swift, decisive steps to ensure increased momentum for their advancement—especially into leadership roles. We are committed to fostering an environment where women can thrive, take on leadership responsibilities, and inspire the next generation of architects.
