Locus Property has announced a new project in Sorrento, designed by Hillam Architects.

The proposed development is currently open to comment as part of the WA State Government’s Part 11B Significant Development Pathway, which has been implemented to facilitate projects considered to have special significance or meet wider development goals.

Projects in the Perth or Peel region schemes must be valued at $20 million or more to be eligible for this Development Pathway.
