Edge Visionary Living is building a five-storey complex, Orchard Terrace, in the revitalised Subi Centro precinct, including 82 apartments and four commercial premises.
Designed by Hillam Architects, it will include a rooftop orchard of orange, lemon and lime trees.
Other rooftop amenities include a solar-heated 15m pool, sunset lounge areas, yoga deck, cabana with outdoor kitchen, and a gas fire pit.
