Urban oasis comes to Subi

As residents settle into their new apartments at Botanical in Subiaco, the developer, Edge Visionary Living, is looking ahead to its next Subi project – Orchard Terrace.
The five-storey building on the corner of Wunderlich Road will have 82 apartments, four commercial premises, and the rooftop amenities will include a solar-heated 15m pool, sunset lounge areas, yoga deck, cabana, outdoor kitchen and a gas-lit fire pit.
Gavin Hawkins, managing director of Edge Visionary Living, said: “In partnership with Hillam Architects, we’re proud to add this premium development to Subiaco’s rich, urban tapestry. Orchard Terrace is the ultimate urban oasis – you are still close to all the action but can retreat to your sanctuary.” The name was derived from the rooftop garden, which will have orange, lemon and lime trees, plus a herb garden.
