Akora is the new lifestyle apartment complex located in SwanCare’s Bentley Park Community. Consisting of 44 varied apartments, this development combines the freedom of contemporary, low maintenance living with the ease and security of a retirement village.

The design’s configuration provides most of the apartments with high-ceilings and views over a landscaped piazza and beyond to the city. To encourage indoor-outdoor living and interaction between the residents, large balconies extend off the living areas. By utilising a varied use of materials, each resident is made to feel that their residence is unique whilst still a part of the greater community.

Residents are spoiled with luxurious amenities including a residents’ lounge, green-room and communal café. The presence of greenery will soften the building’s form and evoke a welcoming aesthetic.

Suitable shading elements have been incorporated in the design to shelter the apartments from direct sunlight and ensure the spaces are user friendly.
In keeping with our environment philosophy, Akora has been specially designed to integrate several cost-effective and sustainable initiatives throughout.
