Aria Luxury Apartments designed by Hillam Architects is the centrepiece of a new, coastal residential-development in Swanbourne.

Created in response to the market-demand established by similar projects in the nearby suburbs of Subiaco and Claremont. These premium-quality, luxurious apartments are designed to appeal to discerning owner-occupiers who love the area but who seek the convenience of modern apartment living.
