Arthouse Apartments is the first-of-its kind apartment development in the heart of Joondalup. Developed by Edge Visionary Living in collaboration with Hillam Architects, consisting of 194 apartments, Arthouse introduces higher-density living to the City of Joondalup. Conceived as a landmark piece of architecture, Arthouse aims to become a social hub and inspire similar developments.

Recognising the site’s proximity to a major shopping complex, tertiary campuses and major public transport infrastructure, Arthouse is to provide a range of entry-level housing options. With a gym, sauna, pool and residents’ lounge, this development boasts the best amenities in the area.

To complement the exciting and evolving culture of Joondalup, Arthouse’s architectural presence is a work of sculptural art. Externally, rich materials, expansive glazing and wrapping masonry elements accentuate the articulation of the seventeen-storey tower.

In keeping with Hillam Architects’ environmental philosophy, perforated metal screens protect the northern balconies, reducing heat-gain and encouraging indoor-outdoor living.
