Mosman Park Residence

Simply stylish

This Mosman Park residence, completed in 2004, is opposite the prestigious Chidley Point Golf Club in Mosman Park and overlooks Mosman and Freshwater Bay.

The site is perched on the top of an escarpment and we designed the building to make the most of the spectacular views to the nearby yacht club, the Perth CBD and beyond.

In collaboration with architect Ralph Drexel, our approach took a tropical and resort-style approach to living. The simple yet stylish design incorporates a rich and earthy palette, and a variety of natural stone finishes, to create warm tones both inside and out.

Entry is through a full-height glazed door with views outwards through the dining space. A feature spiral staircase with natural stone treads elegantly connects the two levels of the house.

Entertaining areas including the pool and the outdoor kitchen were carefully placed to enjoy the sunny, northerly aspect.
